Back from my first longest motorcycle route, I stopped in one of the corners near Madrid that I love: Valdepeñas.
It is a very welcoming town, where once we have tasted the wines we can also eat well and go for a walk. Its church is from the 18th century and the old part and around the Plaza de España concentrates the life and charm of the town that has a route of sculptures by contemporary artists and has gardens and old modernist houses.
Now poor who has to drive as he will have to be sober with his excellent wines.
