SAintes Maries de la Mer is a curious mix of Mediterranean culture. When one leaves Spain and enters the Gallic country, one does not expect to find such Spanish references as bullfighting or flamenco.
In saintes Maries de las Meres you can find a bullring, although in the French variety they are not dedicated to bullfighting, but rather they make passes that are more similar to cuts.
There is also a restaurant there with a flamenco show and in Spanish .. it’s not what you want to see either, because, well, that’s what you stay at home for, but the town itself is worth it, it’s quite beautiful and the Beach is quite well-kept.
It will also only take you half an hour by car from Marseille
